Express delivery
All shipments are sent via our express delivery service, ensuring your package is dispatched using the fastest available shipping method. For more information on delivery options and times, please see the relevant section on our website.

Shipping and return costs

Delivery to a hotel or institution
Please note: we cannot deliver parcels to hotels or other institutions. Delivery is only possible to the address specified in your order.

Address change Request
If you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible—we may still be able to change it prior to shipment. Please be aware that once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the address.

Track & Trace
You can track your parcel via the Track & Trace link sent to you by email. If you did not receive the link or have any other questions about your delivery, please contact customer service.

Missing item
If you are missing an item from your order:

  • For large orders, shipping may be split into multiple parcels. Please check your Track & Trace links first.
  • If only one tracking link is available and you still have missing items, contact customer service within 3 days of delivery. After this period we may not be able to initiate an investigation.
  • In case of a missing package or return, we can only proceed with a refund or reshipment once the carrier’s investigation is completed.

Pickup-point delivery or return to sender
If you are not home to receive the package it may be sent to a pickup point, or returned to our warehouse. You will receive notification from the delivery service indicating what action is required.


Returns and Refunds
How to register a return
To start a return and find detailed information about the return process, please visit the “Returns & Exchanges” page at luxurysportswears.com. It is important to follow our return procedures. If you choose to return items independently (outside the provided portal), this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot assist with any investigation, loss, damage or delays.

Return period
You have 14 days from delivery to submit a return request. Full return guidelines are on the “Returns & Exchanges” page.

Return costs
Shipping and return costs vary by country and region; the detailed overview is available on our site.

Exchanges
We offer returns only, not direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order for the preferred product.

Return conditions
Returned items must be unworn, with original tags and labels, and in their original condition.

  • Items with accessories (e.g., extra strap or belt) must include all parts.
  • Swimwear may only be returned if hygiene stickers are intact, the item is unused and in pristine condition.
    Please note items with obvious signs of wear or stains will not qualify for a refund.

Damaged returns not eligible for refund
If upon inspection an item shows damage, stains or signs of wear, we regret that we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

Refund processing time
Once we receive your parcel and inspect it, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. Bank processing times may vary, possibly affecting when funds appear in your account.

Refund to same payment method
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used. If a gift-card was used, the refunded amount will be issued as new credit on a gift card.

Not possible to return from another country
Please note that you cannot place an order in one country and then return it from another, due to customs and duty regulations that vary by country.

Combining multiple orders in one return shipment
We recommend returning each order separately using its own return label. If you combine multiple orders into one parcel and loss occurs, we may be unable to investigate or refund.

Where is my order? Track & Trace
Use the Track & Trace link sent via email to follow your parcel’s status and get an accurate delivery estimate.

Order cancellation
You may request cancellation soon after placing an order but cancellation is not always possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. If the order has been dispatched, we recommend contacting the delivery service to explore possible changes.

Split shipment
Large orders may be split into multiple shipments. Please check your shipping information email for multiple tracking numbers.

Received wrong item
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to our customer service immediately so we can rectify the issue by returning the wrong item and sending the correct one.

Invoice
Modification of invoice details (for example address) after placement is not possible. Please ensure accuracy at the time of ordering.

Complaint
If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that store for complaints. For purchases via our webshop, provide the item number, order number, photos of the problem and your full name and address to initiate an investigation.

Fake website
Please be aware of counterfeit websites offering products at unrealistic prices. Our products are sold exclusively via luxurysportswears.com. Any site claiming to offer our items at large discounts is likely a fake.


Payments
Payment methods
Depending on ship-to country, various payment options are available: credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, local payment methods such as iDEAL, and gift cards.

Gift card
You may pay with a brand gift card—only the gift card issued on our site is accepted. Other gift cards are not valid.

No pre- or invoice-payment
Purchases must be paid in full at time of order; payment after delivery is not permitted.

Refund to same account as original payment
Refunds are processed back to the same account/payment method used for purchase.

Security and stored data
Transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified service provider (Shopify Payments). Card details may be securely stored for future use, but you may opt out on the payment page.


Gift Card
Our gift cards are available in various amounts and can only be used on luxurysportswears.com.
They remain valid for 24 months from purchase. Refunds of purchases made with a gift card are issued as new gift card credit, not as a bank refund.


Size Information
Size chart
We provide a size chart to help you find the right fit; it is highly recommended to review the product-specific size guidance before ordering. If the size isn’t right, you can return the item (per our return policy) and place a new order for another size.

Wrong size
If you ordered the wrong size, simply return your item and place a new order. Please consult the size & fit section of the product page for guidance.

Size not available
To be notified when a size is restocked:

  1. Select your size (even if out of stock)
  2. Enter your email in the field below the size options
  3. You’ll receive a notification as soon as the item becomes available

After Care
Cleaning
To care for your garment:

  • Always check the garment’s care label for specific instructions and icons.
  • Wash like colours together to avoid colour transfer.
  • Turn the item inside out before washing to protect embellishments; remove any detachable belts.
  • Close all zippers and buttons to avoid damage to other items.
    Following these steps helps maintain the garment’s appearance. For specific questions consult the label or our customer service.

Re-impregnation
Over time and repeated washing, water-repellency may reduce. If applicable:

  • Clean the item thoroughly per label instructions.
  • Apply a suitable impregnation product (spray, liquid, or detergent) in a well-ventilated area, covering seams and zippers.
  • Allow the item to dry fully (air-dry or low-temperature dryer depending on instructions).
    Not all items can be impregnated — please check care label.

Dry-cleaning
Dry-cleaning is allowed only if indicated on the label. Damage from improper cleaning is not covered under warranty.

Down items
For items filled with down:

  • After washing, avoid hanging – lay flat to dry to maintain shape.
  • Shake and fluff the item regularly during drying to restore volume.
  • If tumble-drying is allowed, use dryer balls to help restore loft.

Fur
We no longer use real fur in our products. This reflects our commitment to animal welfare and ethical practices.
